Complete control of my finances.

Spend, save, track my money easily. Lock my card if I've lost it, choose your own pin number. And when I've had to contact them, replies have been in a good time and the staff are super helpful. Wish I moved to starling years and years ago. Reviewed on: 17th February 2022

Excellent start to online banking for the whole family

I opened a current account recommended by my boss. Since then my eldest children went off to Uni and they opened Starling accounts too. It’s so easy to send funds to them in a minute and the spaces help them budget. My middle daughter now has a kite card and after 30+ years with NatWest my husband having watch my delight in the product has opened one too. Just my 13 year old to start a kite card and that’s the whole “Happy Family”. Reviewed on: 17th February 2022

Not overdraft eligible

Pretty strange for a bank not to allow a grown adult with a good salary an overdraft when every other bank does. Plus none of my friends use Starling. Reviewed on: 17th February 2022

Really pleased with my starling account

Definitely recommend starling bank and have already to family and friends and work colleagues. Starling helps you to manage your money within your account by letting you move your money to different spaces within the account ready to pay bills and outgoings ! so it’s there visually on the app , “which is easy to use “ bonus” for us older generation who my not be up to date with all this tech. The most honest bank I have experienced

My wife and I spend the winter in Spain. I have used all main banks at various times to take advantage of fair exchange rates they have all renegade on the offers. Starling have saved us £100 a month and given back our retirement expectations. We are 77 years old and find the Starling App easy to use and the spending page a tool in its self. Everything you need, nothing you don't

Been with Starling for a number of years. Never had cause to complain, quite the opposite. They pretty much always seem to know what's needed and when.
