The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Excellent

If you’re trying to save money it’s the best. You can easily and visually see how much money you’re spending each week. It allows you to see where you’re spending the most for example on groceries or travel etc. Easy to get through to help on the phone. It has some fantastic features such as being able to see card details through the app. I no longer have to keep getting up to find my card. I could go on and on but it’s fantastic. Excellent,from installation to use

Perfect

No complaints, fast, easy and intuitive app, great control over spending and a grate app, this is the quickest bank I have ever used for online payments / withdrawals , most transactions take a few minutes at max, Staff are nice and friendly too, all I can say is perfect, keep it up! :) Reviewed on: 17th February 2022
