The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Efficient

It proves to show that branches are overrated! Branchless and unmanned yet continues to be efficient! Never felt the need to call or visit. It took less than a minute to open an account with Starling. Never looked back. So happy with with their services.***** Reviewed on: 17th February 2022

Simple and effective

The app works really well and is simple showing every transaction in a couple of swipes. Also no logging out... it does that automatically. Great customer service in chat if any issues. Reviewed on: 17th February 2022

Banking Done Right

Moved across to Starling bank myself and immediately found the banking app so easy to use. Not long after opening my account we also opened a joint account due to the user friendly features. Reviewed on: 17th February 2022

Banking made simple!

I had never changed banks in the 30+ years I’ve had an account but my husband and son changed and were saying how simple it was to use; loving the facility of spaces without having to transfer to separate accounts; so simple to access at any time and doesn’t charge. Simplicity was my aim so I changed and I love my starling account especially since we now have a joint account too and that is simplicity all over again. Starling bank is the future of online banking

Starling bank is great, amazing user interface, is is is easy to navigate and is aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. I love how they do all they can to protect their customers from fraud and handing them the knowledge they need. One of my favourite feature is Spaces. Truly amazing.
