Easy, uncomplicated, does what I need it to do.

I have still not taken the plunge and switched to Starling as my main financial provider, but I think I will in the near future. My current building society (Nationwide) no longer values my business now that I have paid off my mortgage. They have made it quite obvious that they don't care if I stay or leave. After 26 years I find this insulting and baffling. They also allowed an outdated building and contents insurance policy run for 3 years after it was discontinued and had been replaced by one that was 50% cheaper! Yes Nationwide still has high street branches but I don't feel that justifies its terrible customer service. Watch this space. Reviewed on: 16th February 2022
