A Bank that leads the non-high-street way

I was at first skeptical signing up to Starling because I had never used any bank other than a high street one. The prospect of having everything done online, with no opportuntiy to visit a branch if anything went wrong, seemed daunting. Starling, however, completely put my mind at ease with a reassuring and surprisingly approach to banking. So much so I now believe that customers can gain a much more valuable experience without visiting a branch. Ease, control, simplicity!

I was very late in the game to finding Starling - a friend recommend them and if I am honest, I really wanted a current account that had a beautiful coloured debit card lol! I have both a current and business account with starling and I am over the moon with them! Everything is just easy and simple and doesn’t stress me out like my previous mainstream banks did. I feel like I have more control over my money with starling. In a period where we’ve had very little control over anything in our lives - this means a lot to me. All round excellence

I've been with Starling for over 4 years and would highly recommend them to anyone. Their app is quickest and easiest to use of all banking apps, and they are constantly adding fantastic new features, I particularly love using spaces and bills managers to be able to clearly only see my spending money in my current account, with bills being kept in separate pots. When I've had to get in touch with customer service I've accessed through the app and they have been effecient and very helpful. Even big offers of £150 to switch bank accounts haven't worked on me because I appreciate all of Starlings features so much. I very much see them as the future of banking. SUPER STARLING

I am fairly new to Starling but I am finding the app very easy to use. This account is linked to my paypal and everything functions without issue. I have interacted with advisors using the chat function which is exemplary and the advisors are friendly and efficient. All round so far a great experience. Reviewed on: 16th February 2022
