Best move ever

Fab Online Bank!

I love being able to pay in cheques via the App, to be able to send money easily and the greatest part is getting a notification every time money is drawn out or paid in - gives a real sense of security, whereas with other banks the onus is on me to keep checking my statements, or my card gets blocked because that bank 'thinks' I may have been a victim of fraud. With Starling I know immediately if I my account has been compromised - a notification that is worth its weight in gold! Reviewed on: 16th February 2022

Easy to set up and use

My current account was single to set up and easy to use. The help features and option to ask any questions are great as are the options to contact Starling (unlike our other mains street bank which now has no local branches and is impossible to contact). Fantastic service and does everything I want

I love the fact that I can easily contact Starling at any time and speak to a real person - this takes away so much stress compared to other banks. I absolutely love the savings spaces - in the past I have had to open several accounts with a bank to be able to make individual saving areas for my money and constantly been asked to review the accounts because I have several open. This is so much easier to see what I have, to add pictures of your goals as motivation and rounding up money so you save without realising. I have just started a business and didn’t hesitate to use them for my business account (although I may need a partnership account in the future and there is no option for one… yet) I recommend Starling everyone.
