The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Great product, customer support and culture

Their app is just what you need and nothing more while everything works best. The customer support is absolutely spot on, day or night and their culture is just amazing. And it's all free! Never looked back to high street or Monzo, to be honest. Reviewed on: 21st January 2022

Best bank ever

The most customer focused bank around always providing the services needed to suit. Forever updating with new options and extremely easy to manage via the app. love the kite too and the colours scheme of the card and app are amazing. Reviewed on: 21st January 2022

The Best Bank!

I have never had a bank with so many helpful easy to use features! it makes online banking easy, queries managed in a good time - cannot fault! My daughter loves the Kite card and I can monitor her spending! Would not be with another bank! Reviewed on: 21st January 2022
