Great Bank, Great Features

Have been using Starling for over a year now and pleased I chose them over some of the other similar banks. I love the app and have also set my daughter up with Kite (which I think is better than Go Henry). Had an issue with the card for Kite but Customer Services couldn't have done more to resolve the issue quickly and professionally. Would Highly Recommend if you thinking of changing or starting out. Best switch I ever made

Moving bank is one of those things people are reluctant to do. I knew my old bank sort code and account number verbatim and while I'd not been happy for a while it had never been bad enough to crystallise a move - until summer 2021 when things reached a crunch point and I moved to Starling. Wow, oh Wow. I should have moved years ago. What a fabulous bank, great service and a great app. I tell everyone I meet now that they should make the move - it will revolutionise their approach to current account banking. A modern approach to banking

Everything is so much quicker and simpler when you mobile bank wuith Starling. Its so easy to keep track of your spending and setup new payees and payments. You can even cash in cheques via photo! Only improvement Id love to see is adding the ability to create custom categories for payments reporting. Reviewed on: 20th January 2022
