I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

So easy to set up and use. I have had the same bank account for 40 years and considering how difficult it can be for some people to open bank accounts Starling made it so easy. The use of their card abroad attracted me. Reviewed on: 19th January 2022

Easiest banking ever.

I haven’t been with the bank very long but it has proved to be the easiest way to bank,pay bills, & do my shopping separately from my main account, plus a savings account for whatever you want. Very innovative very helpful staff, you can speak to a real person instead of all the automated machines, can’t beat the personal trust. Reviewed on: 19th January 2022
