The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Can't be beaten

Fabulous

When I first moved to the UK I really struggled to open a bank account in the UK. Starling made the process extremely easy. Their website is user friendly, information is explained well and coupled with the fact that . Starlings perks are appealing, such as no fees for cash withdrawals under £100 overseas and increased mobile app security. Plus the fact that they have won best current account provider for a few consecutive years in a row made my decision even easier. Lastly, I do enjoy the fact that the bank has a much lower carbon footprint than the traditional bricks and mortar banks. Reviewed on: 18th January 2022

The best !

During the pandemic when just booking an appointment to open an account took one week (it just took me 30 minutes to register using the app with Starling), can’t describe how helpful that was for me, getting verified within 2 hours and being able to receive money on my British account as an international student just made my life easier. The App is so easy to use and u just don’t need any other budgeting app when u use it ! Reviewed on: 18th January 2022
