The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Easy peasy banking

Right from the start it was easy. The application and transfer was a breeze. The app keeps me informed instantly of each transaction and I use the savings spaces to keep bills separated so I know exactly how much money is free for treats etc. Highly recommended Reviewed on: 18th January 2022

Life Changing

Love Starling Bank. Our previous bank was stuck in the dark ages and moving to Starling was life changing. Love the app and the ease of making payments and being able to get a clear picture of how to manage our money. Reviewed on: 18th January 2022

Banking made easy

Using Starling Bank App I feel I have a control over my finances. User friendly and intuitive UI makes it easy to use. I very much appreciate features like: Card Contactless Limit or Paying Bills from Saving Spaces. Their customer service was very responsive and helpful too and they helped me to resolve my issue within a few days even though it was Xmas holiday period. Excellent banking service

I was immediately impressed by Starling even before I opened my account- process was so easy. As a customer, I love the immediate spending notifications, ease of saving via “spaces” and ease of personalising e.g. contactless limits and home views. Reviewed on: 18th January 2022

Amazing bank, I love it

I’m not one who usually gets excited about banks, but Starling Bank is like a bank I have never experienced before. It is so user friendly, I get notifications when money comes in and out of my account and I absolutely love the bill space feature. By far the best bank account I have ever had. The best bank I have ever been with!

I have been with a few banks over the years and nothing compares to the service offered by Starling. I wanted a bank that would help me see what I was spending my money on and give me a breakdown in an easy digestible way, which Starling does using colourful charts and icons. I also love that I can have as many savings pots as I like and I can customise them with my own pictures, which in turn drives me further to save for what I want as I am reminded of my goal every time I look at it. I had originally took out a Starling account to use for my food shopping and meals out, however, I think I am going to make this my main bank account in the next coming months after I have moved house. Makes banking easy!

Starling bank has made budgeting and controlling my money so easy. As a young person we are not always taught about how to budget and save money but with the spaces sections on starling I have saved so much more than I ever could have imagined!
