The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Easy accessibility. Immediate information on spend

I joined Starling bank prior to a visit to New Zealand and Malaysia. I used the card everywhere and it was easy to monitor my spend. All your account information is accessible immediately with one touch of your finger. Reviewed on: 18th January 2022

Amazing customer service

I started using the bank last year and the amazing customer service I have enjoyed has made me abandon my other banks unknowingly. It is how everything is made so easy without needing to go the bank halls or necessarily call a bank staff. The app is so excellent and easy to use. Whether I need to save automatically or generate a statement or pay my bills and on the off chance I need more help, the in-app chat is quick.
