The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Great bank, constantly innovating

Starling is a breath of fresh air compared to the old guard banks. Easy to use app with frequent enhancements. My only reservation is perhaps the security is falling behind best practice. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Efficient, quick, informative and people friendly

So easy to use

Depositing & withdrawing money in the Post Office is so quick and easy, only fault I found was I couldn't deposit a cheque and out to me as the Post office they had no way of sending the cheque to Sterling Bank. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Everything you needed to make banking easier is available online with Starling, plus a few things you never even realised would help. Other 'new-ish' banks are just like the old ones but gimmicky. Starling deliver seriously good quality service and no nonsense. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
