The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Peace of mind haven

They Do Evertoything To Help

I love the fact that I can engage with someone well after purported business hours. I had a situation that I couldn't resolve and began a chat with their support team. I was talking with them for 40 minutes and the chat began after 9pm. I am unaccustomed to that level of attention and support and it certainly is a winning feature of this bank. Tried a few online banking and I was disappointed

Easy online banking

Seamless

Brilliant Bank Account

I have held a Starling account for a number of years and decided to move our Joint Account from Nationwide a couple of years ago - the best thing i did as it is so easy to manage our financial affairs with the comprehensive App. Would recommend it to anyone - don't stick with the larger banks. A Very Different Way of Banking

What’s not to love about Starling, they certainly think outside the box of traditional banking. I love the ‘Spaces’ and use them for all sorts of things. Not just my holiday fund and spending money for the month. It helps me save towards my goals too, Really like the ease of using this card abroad too, it’s great to see my transaction in both the local currency and pounds. Best online banking experience

The online personal account was very easy to setup, and even easier to use. I find the instant notification when the account is used very useful as it shows my real-time balance so I always know exactly how much money I have left. Money transfers easy; in fact I've not found anything I can't do.
