The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Banking made easy

Great bank

A great experience with a truly ethical bank

I love the personalisation of banking that Stalin has brought to the UK, coupled uniquely with sense of trust in the ethical values of the bank. It has made money management, budgeting and saving in our control rather than being Difficult to control. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Really enjoy using starling, the savings pots are great and well presented, really find the round ups useful too. The app as a whole is easy to navigate and pleasing to the eye, especially in dark mode which isn't available on all banks Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

My experience with Starling Bank has been only positive. Opening an account was a completely painless process. My card was delivered within days. I receive regular, very useful information.
