The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

great banking app in todays digital world

even at 76, I found it easy to get started and the whole process of switching was very smooth and I was kept informed throughout the whole process, the chat service is the best I have come across and the service is excellent. Very user friendly bank account

It’s lovely to use very simple. We are able to transfer money to another currency with ease and it’s easy to use abroad by just switching accounts. Really can’t fault it. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Easy to use

I find it very reassuring to get a notification when I spend money. There are all sorts of helpful features - such as being able to transfer money to a friend via bluetooth and being able to pay in a cheque using a photo. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Straightforward, fast and reliable.

Our Starling joint current account does everything that we need. Making payments, putting money aside for savings, showing us exactly what we're spending and where, and seamless integration into other budgeting apps.
