Modern banking at last!

I have both my personal and business bank account with Starling. Finally a bank that operates purely online with excellent features and a modern approach to banking. Keep up the good work Starling. Amazing Customer Care

Even though they do not have a physical customer care centre, I never felt the need for it. I had trouble creating my account because of some mismatched documents but a single mail to them helped me get through it. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Excellent app, card services and account support

you can contact them 24/7 by phone, or message, and its acknowledged straight away. full memory of dealings with them is available on the app. money clears straight away into the accounts and you have control of your money straight away. you can pay in on line, or pay cash in at the Post Office Counters everywhere. Easiest banking ever

Starling bank provides everything you need in an app that is simple to use and very user friendly. It has major advantages like spaces for saving and spaces for paying bills. You can adjust your card contactless limit, stop your card or change your PIN from within the app. In 40 years of experience of banking, it is the easiest and best bank I have ever banked with.
