The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Excellent app, card services and account support

you can contact them 24/7 by phone, or message, and its acknowledged straight away. full memory of dealings with them is available on the app. money clears straight away into the accounts and you have control of your money straight away. you can pay in on line, or pay cash in at the Post Office Counters everywhere. Easiest banking ever

Starling bank provides everything you need in an app that is simple to use and very user friendly. It has major advantages like spaces for saving and spaces for paying bills. You can adjust your card contactless limit, stop your card or change your PIN from within the app. In 40 years of experience of banking, it is the easiest and best bank I have ever banked with. So intuitive and easy to use
