The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Plain speaking clear messaging and easy to use

I have opened an account because of the frustration of dealing with big 4. Banked for 56 years with hsbc feel let down by withdrawal from high Street of fave to face interaction. So I thought I would go completely online and chose a new kid on the block. Enjoying the experience so far. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Simple, convenient, no-hassle banking

From the moment I downloaded the Starling app, two years ago, my experience has been a simple pleasure. I can manage practically everything I need to do from the East to use, intuitive, app. I love the Saving Spaces tool and that has now been updated to enable bill payments from the saved money - it's a joy to use this app and I've had no reason to have any other contact with the bank at all. Not even to suggest a change to the app. Ideal, cannot praise it highly enough. I recommended it to my chiropractor who had now moved her business account to Starling. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Very good no frills, no fuss bank account
