The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

The best bank there is !

This is by far the best bank i have ever used ! I would love that statements would be accepted as proof at other companies and i would move my main account here ! But other than that amazing! Customer service as advertised 24/7 ! Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Starling Bank card so flexible , so easy to use.

All our family have a Starling Card. Ideal for sharing bills in restaurants and making / receiving payments almost instantly between each other. Starling Bank Customer service and communications excellent. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Best bank

Grat bank, great experience

I have never looked back since moving to Starling. Banking is easy, cheque lodgements a doddle and their customer service is first rate. I particularly like being immediately notified when I make a payment in shops and the zero fee foreign transactions. All in all a great and positive experience. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

My first bank in UK

I had a great experience with Starling Bank while opening my account online. So far, I have never faced any problem paying or depositing money. All other banks had made account opening so complicated even by visiting the branches that I became hopeless. Thanks Starling and keep up the good services. My best wishes are with you. So easy to use and everything in one place!

The app is so easy to use! The ‘spaces’ part is brilliant, giving me the flexibility to move money over into my own ‘saving space’, without having a separate account. I can see easily what I’m spending and on what. It’s given me a better insight on my money and has made me make better decisions when it’s come to my spending.
