The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Simply the best

Best bank I've used so far

Using Starling has been excellent. So easy to set up and communicate with. There have been no hidden charges, everything is straightforward and what I love most is that there are absolutely no marketing calls or messages bombarding me with products and loans. Currant account

I have been very impressed with the service and especially the App. Transfers from abroad is fast & efficient. My wife applied for an account but was refused because of no Credit rating. We have a joint account with another bank in my name. We are keen to switch to have a Starling joint account.
