The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

How Banking should work

Using Starling has had a direct impact on the way I manage money - and all for the better. So happy since switching!

Really happy since I’ve switched banks to starling. Simple easy process and the only criticism is that I could not get authorised for an overdraft at the same level I had at previous bank right away. I will reapply in 3 months and hopefully resolve that. Otherwise a wonderful experience so far Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Absolutely the easiest and friendliest banking app

So easy to use. So easy to get problems solved(not that there's been many) I originally intended to temporarily use this banking app when I couldn't access my Barclays account. Soon after that decision, starling become my most used banking account so I decided to close the others. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
