The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

I am a new customer and not very technologically minded, however switching to Starling was extremely easy and I was kept updated every step of the way. Best Bank

Starling is the best bank I've ever worked with. You get all the services of a traditional bank without the hassle of having to go to a physical location and with lots of additional features on the app. I can do anything I need using the Starling app, the customer service is amazing, and there are no hidden fees.
