The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Simple and brilliant

It was easy to set up plus I could use phone oddments straight away. Instead having wait for card. Everything is simple and so easy to use I love my starling card and app. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Efficient, friendly, customer centric banking

I moved to Starling this year. I have a current and business account. I really like them. The app is easy to use. It's not developed as an after thought. It has everything you need and the updates are excellent. The process, even though it's not a face to face product is both positive and friendly. With other banks, I wince a bit when I need to do something online as it is usually tricky, but Starling is totally different. Smooth, efficient, time saving, customer centric service. Great customer Service and Easy to obtain

A cut above the others
