The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Empathetic

I have my card copied only internet and and starling have sent me a new card several times within in a few days. They also have a 24-hour helpline that is in this country so there is no problems with language whatsoever they are very empathetic. They look after my interests. And I have never had a single problem with banking with them. And the staff are exceedingly helpful on the telephone it's like having your own personal banker to sum it up in one short sentence it's like having a friend and as a banker for you. No nonsense banking.

Internet banking can be not very secure. Starling has made this method secure, worry free and so easy to use. I can not find a single problem and can not work out why I did not join this bank earlier. First class service. First class product Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
