So Fast

Love this app so handy and fast, balance shown , being notified immediately of any purchases made, user friendly no problems transferring money digital wallets etc! What’s not to like about it. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

I've been with starling ba k over a year now and everything is great it's easy too use. Simple too navigate and I've also got my children accounts as they have come of age. Brilliant wouldn't use any other bank. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Why can't ALL old style banks......

I don't understand why ALL the old style banks can't learn lessons from Starling. Such as..... With Starling, if I forget my PIN (which is unlikely as they allowed me to choose it when ordering the card!!!!) it takes 1 fingerprint to open the app, 2 clicks to get to the right menu item and another fingerprint to pass the double-secured reminder. Time taken approx 15 SECONDS. The last time I had to get a PIN reminder from my old style banks (TSB) it took me OVER A WEEK to get the letter through the post! I travel a lot. With Starling, I can exchange the exact amount I need, in a few clicks, To/From whichever currencies I want to! Clearly visible is the TINY charge. I can then go ahead and buy in the local currency, no overseas fees, no non-sterling transaction fees and no FX FEES over the TINY charge I was made aware of up front!!!! There are SO many ways in which I prefer Starling. I hope these two small but BRILLIANT examples helps you see why. I'm a disabled ex-military veteran and all of these little ways to help really do add up. My memory isn't what it was, so the PIN reminder is great. And, I live on a fixed income with a War Disablement Pension, so I can't afford to waste money. Starling, you're MY NUMBER ONE BANK OF THE YEAR. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Super easy to use

Excellent mobile app & love the euro account!

I applaud Starling bank for the excellent phone application. It is rock solid and very very easy to understand and use. I also love love love the euro account for travelling and the fact that if someone charges me in euros it automatically is paid from my euro account with no fuss. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

How banking should be

Easy, instant complete control of my money and budget. Love the new pay bills from saving space (I know other online banks have done this for a while) but it's great Starling have caught up. Good customer service too when needed, respond to questions and requests. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
