The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Excellent Product and Service

Super easy to use

Starling is so easy to use and I love the spaces option that make it easy to split up my savings for various projects and bills. The new option to pay bills directly from a space has simplified things even more. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Excellent mobile app & love the euro account!

I applaud Starling bank for the excellent phone application. It is rock solid and very very easy to understand and use. I also love love love the euro account for travelling and the fact that if someone charges me in euros it automatically is paid from my euro account with no fuss. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

How banking should be

Easy, instant complete control of my money and budget. Love the new pay bills from saving space (I know other online banks have done this for a while) but it's great Starling have caught up. Good customer service too when needed, respond to questions and requests. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Excellent bank with an excellent app

I love the fact that there are no charges on my account, but my favourite part of the app are the spaces. You can create a space for something you want to save for and move money into it whenever you want. Or you can set up a set amount to be put into it at regular intervals. Definitely the way forward in banking

Starling bank is so easy to use, no more inconvenience of paying for parking, then queuing to pay money or a cheque into my account, when I can deal with my banking wherever I am. Excellent customer service as well. What more can you ask for. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Best banking app I have ever used

I love how often they roll out added features and improvements. It’s like they are reading my mind. Whenever I think of a feature I’d like to have Starling seems to magically roll it out a few months later. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
