Simple yet Sophisticated

Since changing to a Starling current account I have felt so much more in control of my finances. The recent development of being able to pay bills from spaces has revolutionised my account and has made life so much easier when calculating how much spending money we have in the joint account. All in all it’s a great account and the features provided cannot be undersold for the ways in which they make managing money so much simpler and clearer. Reviewed on: 6th January 2022

Bank of the future

I've used two high-street banks my entire life and decided to try something new so went with Starling. I genuinely feel like I've been stuck in the past with the banking apps I've been subjected to before Starling. Everything is easy to use, everything is sign posted well, all enquires are answered quickly and it's all just so smooth. There is a nagging wish for a high street branch, but I think that's actually just because it's the norm. I'd recommend Starling to anyone. Reviewed on: 6th January 2022

Night and Day compared to the useless TSB

Left the TSB after a long relationship when after a year of it issues they were unable to resolve the issue and therefore there were days when I couldn’t access my money without a 2 hour phone rigmarole and that only worked sometimes The difference is stark, paying bills is such a simple and secure process, takes less than a minute and works on all my mobile kit. Hopefully will test out a euro account later this year if we ever get travelling again. The spaces functionality although not necessary for me is a great concept and in different times of my life would have been a bonus. They do regularly communication in an engaging style, unlike the patronising TSB. Very happy Reviewed on: 6th January 2022
