Brilliant Banking

Fantastic bank

I have absolutely no problem recommending Starling Bank and have done so to my daughter. I love the easy ways you can put away your own pots of money and round up if you wish, customer service using any method are very quick to respond and I have also come up with some ideas myself to help improve the app which has all been taken on board with a promise to pass on to the relevant department. Great facilities

Shaking up the industry and doing it right.

I’ve been a Starling customer since launch. There’s never been a moment I’ve regretted it. Customer service is on point, especially on the chat, the app is superb and in contrast I just closed an account with a high street bank and had to spend over 30 minutes on hold. Straightforward banking.
