Love everything about it

The app is easy to use, the customer service is great and really responsive, they seem to actually listen and react to customer feedback. Love that they are an ethical bank - switched all of my accounts to them last year for this reason, and got a bunch of relatives to do the same! Reviewed on: 18th April 2021

Accessible, streamlined and easy to use

The Starling app is absolutely brilliant. Easy to use with all the information you need and a modern feel you don't get with many other banking apps. The card controls feature gives you full control over your card and helps keep your money safe. Customer services are open 24/7 so are always there when you need them. Reviewed on: 18th April 2021

Best bank to embrace the 21st century

I was with a “traditional” bank before. With branches and the normal works. Me being young I like everything being in one place Ie on my phone. Easiest way to apply for an account, everything in one places. You feel so in control of your account, control your spending by seeing up to date notifications and seeing how much you’ve spent in that month. Overall I love how everything is in one place and that’s my pocket! No people to see not travelling needed to speak to someone as well. Reviewed on: 18th April 2021
