The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Banking at its Best!

I LOVE Starling! I have tried other online banks and they don't come close. Starling has been superb for me as I did own a second home in France. Having a Sterling and a Euro account was so easy to use! I'm moving to Ireland later this year and am excited to learn Starling will be launching there soon. I'm hoping Starling will then do competative Irish mortgages. If Starling did an easy switch that would be even better!! Keep up the good work! Reviewed on: 17th April 2021

Excellent communication

As expats dividing our time between Holland and the UK, and stuck in Holland due to the pandemic, we encountered difficulties with our Bank of Scotland account. Communication with them was atrocious. We have been delighted with the ease with which we could establish an account with Starling on-line. Banking how it should be

Starling Bank has singlehandedly transformed me from a "impulse spender lacking in any control or ability to save" to someone with a healthy savings account along with multiple active saving spaces for goals and targets. This is something I have never been able to do before due to the lack of "thinking outside the box" by other banks (and me, of course).
