The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

ease of use

the card and the app work so well together this has become my only form of banking...also when signing up and i had an issue uploading a decent photograph of my passport but i recieved an email from customer services straight away who helped me hugely with a remedy while monzo did nothing of the sort regarding the same issue. i would recommend starling to anyone and already have several friends signed up Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

Modern and easy to use - not stuffy. Loved the fact Anne Boden set it up at 50 something - inspiring.

I was introduced to Starling via my 20 something son and found it easy to use, intuitive in the way it worked and upbeat! I had read an article in the observer about Anne Boden and was inspired by her positive outlook. And yes the bank appealed to me as a woman! Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

Great bank

A great bank that you can pay cheques in via taking a photo of it and it clears in a day so you don’t have to physically go into bank. Plus other great ideas on the app Reviewed on: 16th April 2021
