The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

easy to use app and everything at your fingertipos

I had been with Lloyds Bank for over 20 years and was disillusioned with the logging in 3 times and their unuser friendly app so switched to Starling and am loving the app. It does take a little getting used to but once you know your way around, it is easy to use. I just wish they had a credit card so I could get rid of my Lloyds One!!! Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

Banking Made Simple

Starling really do make banking simple with an easy to negotiate app and help on the phone when you need it. I particularly like rounding up my spending to the nearest pound. In just one week, I'm on the road to a holiday in Greece! Thank you Starling ♥️ Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

Great, simple & quick customer service.
