The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Not like any other bank... .

The voice/face recognition is great, makes me feel secure. The app is really easy to negotiate making transactions very simple. All the information I need is easily accessible. It's the ultimate in customer friendliness. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

Great interface and app.

The app is so simple to use and not clunked up, while also having all the necessary features to help save and track my spending. Customer Support is also really good. I also love how I can cash cheques through the app by taking pictures. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

Refreshing , innovative and exciting

I had been with the same bank for 30 odd years, got to the point I couldn't contact them, emails went unanswered and the final straw I told them not to pay out to a fraudulent company, they ignored my email, then lied and said they didn't get it, then admitted they did. Took ages to get my money back, eventually and reluctantly they paid up, no apology, nothing. Decided to move and researched a few banks. Starling has been the best switch I've ever done, very smooth, easy to use and access, I recommend it to everyone now. It's a refreshing and innovative bank and is so accessible, I know instantly how much I have spent, what's left etc. The savings goal is excellent. Just love it. A great help in Lockdown

Very easy to use, versatile, friendly support

Have used Starling for about 2 years now and easily beats my old 'analogue' bricks and mortar branch. I can do everything I want witha simple to use app. Support via the app is easy to use too, but I've only needed to use that once now. All in all I'm very very happy with my change to Starling!
