The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Online perfection

No fuss sign up, prompt & helpful customer service

WOW! What a difference!

Phew! - I've spent all my Life with three 'Establishment' banks - Yorkshire, Lloyds and Co-Operative. They've been OK, and had their niggles, and been slow sometimes, (the Co-Operative Bank has some real issues) - but until I changed to Starling a few months ago I didn't realise how efficient, fast and informative a bank could be. Updates are immediate, information and detail are thorough, and communications excellent. Have already recommended Starling to friends and family. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

How banking should be.

I've loved Starling since 2017. Its overdraft feature and its very reasonnable inherent fees have really saved me during a very difficult financial period of 2 years or so. I love the transparency and how easy it simply is to use and manage the accounts. I now have a Current, Business, Joint & Euro accounts with them. And I'm not going anywhere.
