The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

No nonsense banking!

Excellence

A gem of a bank. No faults with online banking unlike my current main account. Added to this the exchange rates for using your debit card abroad are the top level for any bank I have researched. Staff are professional and polite and I have not had a single problem since opening my account. Anyone who has issues with their current bank should consider switching to Starling immediately.
