The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

A new way to Bank

Fabulous .... a no fuss Bank

I’ve only just switched over to Starling on the recommendation of my daughter as my old bank had decided to close their current accounts service. Oh how I wish I’d known of Starling earlier. Literally, everything is in one place, I have full control of where my money is, I can move money around and all with no fuss. The app is friendly to use and if I do have any questions, customer service is at the end of the phone and they have the patience of Saints. Simple modern day banking

When it comes to banking I appreciate instant transaction notifications from any payments made or received. A clean, easy to use service ie how intuitive the app is and being able to take a photo of cheques for depositing and many more. Starling provides all the requirements I look for in a bank and with a name like starling it knows how to spread it's wings and ruffle it's feathers in the modern day of banking.
