The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Amazing, easy to use bank :)

Best bank we have ever been with

We’ve used RBS, NatWest, HSBC, Halifax and Lloyds over the years before switching to Starling just over a year ago. Starling is light years ahead. The app operates as one would expect nowadays and provides all the facilities and functionalities required. Wouldn’t recommend anything else! Reviewed on: 6th April 2021

Much better than my old High St bank

Into the future

Better than branch banks

Was previously with a branch bank, but due to my age I was unable to have a contactless card, but then starling was recommended to me by my brother and when I registered with them, it was extremely quick and simple. Now I have a contactless card and I’m able to easily see my balance and recent spending with minimal time or effort. Whereas with my previous bank, it was much more time consuming and difficult. Everything you want
