The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Speedy convenient wonderful

Wow banking made easy!

Easy and fun money management

I initially opened the account to have as a spending account alongside my main high street bank account. After only 6 months I initiated the switch as Starling makes managing money so much easier. Little things such as pending transactions appearing immediately, rather than having an available balance and actual balance mismatch. The idea of rounding up in to spaces is so very simple and negates the need for a basic savings account. This really is banking with the consumer’s needs in mind, something the high street banks could learn from. Reviewed on: 6th April 2021

Effortless

Starling Bank is the easiest and most efficient way to bank in the UK in 2021. All in-app experience is much more convenient than doing everything at a physical bank. Starling made switching very easy too as they covered everything for that. Reviewed on: 6th April 2021

Modernised banking with old-school values.

Easy and straightforward app access with the coolest in-app murmurations. As long as they continue to broaden their services and products insightfully, keeping in mind that every day transactions should remain simple (passport free) and fee-free, things will only get better for their customers.
