The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Terrible.

Poor customer relations. They prioritise high street banks mistakes by stealing money off their customers. Don’t use this farce of a bank. The day will come when you need to transfer money abroad, when that day comes, be prepared to lose your balance. Reviewed on: 5th April 2021

Fast! Easy! Convenient!

Starling bank has been a life saver during the lock-down. I had never put a bank card on my phone before; Starling made it so easy I wish I had signed up long before now.
