There is not one negative I have when it comes to starling. I have been with them since 2020 & have no plans to switch elsewhere. Customer service is quick and helpful. You can make virtual cards to spend/save which I think is a great idea. Emails are always sent to inform of new features. It’s easy to add payee’s & send/receive money. I mean whatever you need from a bank, it provides. Simple. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

There are no hidden charges with Starling, no jargon...

There are no hidden charges with Starling, no jargon, everything is very clear and transparent. The App is fantastic, showing you where you have spent, under what categories, making it easier to build a picture for cutting back. The option to create 'pockets' to add funds into is fab, just really helpful. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

I have had a bad experience with sending money abroad for my relatives. I’ve been their customer for more than 5 years and I haven’t had any issues other than sending money abroad. It was only £1000 and it took 2 weeks to be able to send. I won’t use them for international money transfer anymore but they are still my favourite bank in the UK. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
