The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Quick, modern, great user experience

I have a Starling current account, business account and a joint account with my partner, which we use for our household day-to-day spending. I love their ‘Saving Spaces’ which I can stash money away for specific things during the month. I also love that transactions come through instantly as a notification- so I know if my other half has bought anything (and he can see what I’ve spent) and also when I get paid into my business account. Just awesome!

I have been using the starling bank mobile application for more than a year now, and it simply amaze me how easy it is to do banking online securely and easily. There is no instance of any attack or anything bad happened to my account while I was doing shopping online or in stores. Easy to use and very safe

I love the starling bank. Easy to use app, payments and transfers at my fingertips. It feels safe and secure. I love the turn on/off the card and also that I get a text seconds after using my card with the purchase details. Brilliant easy to use!

I have had a starling account for a couple of years and can't recommend it highly enough! It is so easy to set up and more importantly use. The app is on your phone so accessing it is instant and secure. If you make a purchase that is unusual they might flag it as a security measure if you haven't paid them before so watching out for you. Paying in cheques is simple to either photograph it or post it to them. They also pay you interest which is rare these days! Can't fault them never had a problem Reviewed on: 30th March 2021
