The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Best Bank on line EVER

Had to switch account - looked around and found Starling ... the process was effortless and professional and fast and without a single hiccup. The App is incredible m, so easy to use, easy to understand and navigate and I thoroughly recommend this Bank. Reviewed on: 30th March 2021

Experience

Amazing banking app I have been using it for nearly 6 months now I didn't face any problem , setting up an account was easy and many options are offered in the app , when I had a problem with a transaction, it was solved quickly and efficiently, I simply love it . Reviewed on: 30th March 2021

Excellent bank. I have been with them for some time and am still impressed!

Genuinely impressed. I love the fact that I get a text message every time my card is used. I like the security of having to use the app to approve some online purchases. And customer service seems fine. I really judge people like Starling by the quality of their customer service and in particular the ease with which you can contact people. Join the Murmer.

After years of banks that can't do the job they are there for, what a relief to find Starling. I wish I'd joined them years ago. Don't make the same mistake, staying with High street Banks, who are impersonal and couldn't care less. They take months to solve any problems you may have, and the only problem you really have is being with them. Fly to Starling. Reviewed on: 30th March 2021

Easy and effortless to use

Most banks, even other modern banks, find a way to inconvenience customers with hurdles of old banking techniques and poor customer service. Starling has only ever shown ease of use and great customer service when I've needed it. It's now the bank I get paid into, where I pay bills, and use when I studied abroad too.
