The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

So easy to use.

Yes I am able to see how much is available in my account, I can move money around from my spaces if I need a little extra quickly and as and when I need, instantly check my spending trends and all since the beginning of March 2020. I was used to using my phone to pay for my shopping a while before we had lockdown and ‘no’ cash spending. I felt ready. Reviewed on: 30th March 2021

Brilliantly simple to use

Easy and reliable

The whole system is extremely easy to use, from looking up transaction, setting up payments to puting a card on hold until you can find it again. The best bank and app

Originally I got a Starling account as I was going travelling and wanted their great offer on international currency. But I stayed because of their easy to use app that lets me track my money and save it. And the quick and helpful 24hr customer service. Also the card is really pretty and they post helpful blogs and money tips. Couldn't ask for anything more. Reviewed on: 30th March 2021

Refreshing bank

Banking has been stuck in the 19 th & 20 th centuries, Starling are leading the way with digital banking. To get a text to your phone each time you buy, lock a lost card and the many more useful features make the service a great experience. Reviewed on: 30th March 2021

Easy to set up and use

I have this account for just over a year following a friends recommendation. I have now recommended it to my husband and daughter, both of whom have opened accounts. It’s so easy to set up and use, love the saving spaces and the control. Reviewed on: 30th March 2021
