Very impressed

A very modern and intuitive app and full of useful features. Easy to apply for account online. Took only a couple of minutes. Card came in post next day. Does everything you want a modern bank to do. other banks could learn a lot from them. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

Great bank, user friendly app.

I'm very impressed with how easy the Starling Bank app is to use. It has all the important features you could possibly need,and many you didnt know you needed .Expenditure flags up quickly on your phone. Balances can be viewed instantly. This bank exceeds all expectation, and makes my high st bank accounts seem prehistoric in comparison. Why didnt I change sooner!? Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

Current account of interest in the tasteless dough of banking

Why did I move from the COOP to Starling Bank. It's quite simple, the COOP informed me in the middle of last year that the branch I used, along with many others, were to be closed. In effect, the COOP Bank was becoming an online Bank, for all intent and purposes. Using Yorkshire logic, I compared the COOP with all other online Banks, and discovered that Starling Bank was the most inventive, exceeding greatly in customers expectations. But the most surprising of all is their customer service. They are; attentive, polite, timely, knowledgeable, and take ownership of a query. I'm retired and intend to embark on 'Grand Tours', Covid restrictions permitted, and I'm quite chuffed that I can use my card abroad for cash withdrawals, in most cases, free of charge. Amazing bank

Best bank

Easy to use and great rates

Easy to use app with great ways of saving alongside my current account. When I did need to speak to someone it was straight forward and call answered immediately and sorted immediately. My son, daughter & son in law all use Starling. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021
