Really innovative

The whole online experience is really great. Easy to use and good information on spending etc. However the reason for my top rating is the introduction of the shopping card, which has been such a blessing for me this past year. I live in Surrey. My 89 year old father lives in Lancashire. He is housebound, so cannot get to the bank. He has needed help with his shopping during lockdown but had no access to cash and didn't want to give his bank card and PIN to the home help. His High St bank had no solution and even less interest in the issue. The ability to arrange a separate shopping card on my Starling account for his home help to be able to use in shops up to the limit I set (but not online or in ATMs) solved all our problems. Saves a fortune abroad

When I eventually get back to travelling, I will save money every time I make an ATM withdrawal abroad. The best rate, and no additional charges for using the card abroad. This card is brilliant, I NEVER go abroad without it. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

Banking without a Bank

Great easy to use App based bank with lots of useful features. Easy to set up your current account, help there if you need it. Money can be set aside to save for “goals”. Immediate notifications of money paid in or out. I feel happy that my money is in safe hands and would recommend Starling to anyone. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

Easy and secured money, highly recommended

Easy bank transfer from and to any bank without drama and very secure by going back to my starling app and asking me for my permission. EASY (Easy App Secured You)....❤️ Plus ++++ customer service easy to get in touch, will ring me and solve issues right away, with the option of call back, if they are busy.
