Good bank

Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Best bank for my needs

Phew!

A few moths ago I had and 'old age' moment when I revealed my bank details to an email. I realised pretty quickly my error and immediately contacted the bank. I was panicking , assuming account would be emptied. The staff member who dealt with me was calm, efficient, reassuring and kind. She cancelled the card, ordered a new one a put my mind at ease. Best bank for everything

Love, love, love the app and the control it gives me over my money

Great user interface in the app. I can do everything I need to with my account with just a few taps. Love the savings pots. We have a joint account and it is great to see real time where the money is going, what we have left, and how we’re doing with our savings goals. Use the savings pots not just for savings but to set aside money for bills due to go out later in the month, or once a year. Budgeting is now a doddle. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021
