The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Brilliant. None can come close

How things should be!

For me this whole experience has been a revelation, the app is brilliant, I'm in complete control. I can use my local post office to pay in money at far more convenient times. Makes me smile. Looking forward to dumping hsbc for good once the credit card is clear. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021
