The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Best bank I've ever used

Amazing customer service. The in app web chat service is fast and efficient. The cheque deposit function is amazing, i can't believe how quickly the funds hit my account after scanning the cheque in the app. The spaces facility is great for saving for multiple things and the spending notifications make it really easy to track spending Reviewed on: 29th March 2021
