The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Smooth, simple and efficient

The app is beautiful, the user experience is great and everything just works flawlessly. The actual debit card could have been a bit more funkier and better. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

Very easy graphic interface

The app is so easy to use and the service is great if something goes wrong. I love the simplicity of the app and how quick the transactions are recorded and debited or credited. They have led the way to a new banking future! Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

Simply the best

I’ve had many bank accounts over the years but have to say this is the best and my personal favourite, it’s just so easy to use, from locking your card to putting away savings, not to mention the easiest way ever to open an account just from your phone. Exceptional levels of Capability

I only recently joined Starling Bank after my wife extolled the virtues of all things Starling set against the competition. With everything from the ease of transfers, the ability to pay for things abroad with exceptional exchange rates and the outstanding security features, where you are empowered to help stop fraud; What is not to like? I have had two chats to sort out international money transfers, and a card authorization issue, and they were completed in under 5 mins via live chat through the App and quickly resolved. Just what all banks should be

After moving from a traditional bank to Starling I realised that I had been stuck in a dark room as far as my bank was concerned. Switching to Starling felt like moving from a dark winters day to midsummer in the click of a button. Great service, outstanding product. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021
